Welcome to membership in the Universal Pantheist Society!  We are happy to have you join us, and we look forward to any participation you may choose to have.

The Meaning of Membership
​The Universal Pantheist Society is not just another newsletter or website — we are a real community of people
who wish to support a real-world Pantheist organization. Pantheists have a unique approach to spirituality, which
reconciles science and religion through ecology, leading to strong environmental awareness.

2025 marks our 50th anniversary. Our founders chose the name “Universal Pantheist Society” to
emphasize that we are a "universal" organization for all Pantheists. We are the only Pantheist
organization providing a unified presence — bringing Pantheists of all varieties together to share in our
commonality. This inclusive approach to Pantheism sets us apart from all other Pantheist organizations
that have formed since our founding 50 years ago.
    Your Membership Benefits

    Our President,  Bernie Zaleha, will be separately emailing you your personalized membership certificate, which you may readily print out at home or at a copy center.

    You will now begin receiving our quarterly journal, Pantheist Vision which has been published for over 40 years.  The journal is sent out in early December, March, June, and September, either as the print edition or the digital edition, according to your settings.  

    We have a digital archive of previous issues available to you on our file-sharing service, Box.

    How to Learn More and Participate

    Unlike most religious institutions, we don't tell you what  to believe, but instead ask you to contribute to fulfilling the depth and diversity of modern Pantheism.  Recognizing     that freedom of belief is inherent in the Pantheist tradition, our  bylaws prohibit any requirement for or subscription to any particular religious belief, doctrine, or creed. Persons uniting with the Society do so to further their own understanding of Pantheists attitudes, and through their fellowship with others find purposive means of expressing their faith in daily life.     In Universal Pantheism, there is no creed or any requirements to follow any particular belief or practices; rather we seek to provide ways for individuals to promote their own spiritual growth and understanding. Our goal is to provide Pantheism with a unified presence -- bringing Pantheists of all varieties together to share in our commonality while providing a continually growing source of information and inspiration.

    Keeping Your Membership Up to Date

    As an all-volunteer organization, it’s really hard for us to send you renewal reminders. That is why we ask for membership subscriptions on a recurring annual basis, either via Square or Paypal. if you do not use the Square or PayPal automatic annual renewal system, we hope you will put a "due date" on your calendar for next year, since you will need to renew your membership manually.
